Returns & Exchanges

At All Out Activewear, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Timeframe:
    • EU Customers: 30 days from the delivery date.
    • Türkiye Customers: 14 days from the delivery date.
    • UAE Customers: 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags, packaging, and accessories should be intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as underwear and swimwear, are non-returnable unless faulty, due to hygiene concerns.
  • Damaged or Worn Items: Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, worn, or altered.
  • Customized Items: Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please notify us at allout.activewear@gmail.com within the relevant timeframe (30, 14, or 7 days) and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed, and return it using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For defective items, we will provide a pre-paid return label.
  3. Return Address: Send your return to the appropriate address based on your region:
    • Türkiye: Guvenlik Caddesi, Yaylagul Sokak 2/7 Cankaya, 06540, Ankara, Türkiye.
    • EU: Carrer de Roger de Flor 134, 3-2, Barcelona 08013, Spain.
    • UAE: LIV Residence, Apartment 607 - Marina Promenade - Dubai Marina - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. For non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to be credited, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or item, contact us within the relevant return period. You will need to return the original item before we can process the exchange.


Special Guidelines by Region:

EU Customers:

  • Right to Withdraw: As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, please contact us at allout.activewear@gmail.com. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You may use our Withdrawal Form to exercise this right.
  • Refund of Delivery Costs: If you cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period, you are entitled to a full refund, including any standard delivery costs. Additional costs related to expedited shipping will not be refunded.

Türkiye Customers:

  • 14-Day Right to Withdraw: According to Turkish law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at allout.activewear@gmail.com. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Shipping costs for returns of defective or incorrect items will be covered by us. For cancellations within the 14-day period, a full refund, including standard delivery costs, will be provided.

UAE Customers:

  • 7-Day Return Policy: Customers in the UAE may return items within 7 days of delivery. To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us at allout.activewear@gmail.com. We will cover the shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
